This page explains what personal data is collected on conradmasset.be (Photographer site and DJ site), why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected and purposes

• Newsletter — first name, last name, email address, collected via the signup form present on both sites. Used to send the newsletter (new photos, DJ updates) and, on the DJ site, to grant access to the subscriber-only Production page.
• Contact / booking form — name, email address, message and, on the DJ site, an event date if provided. Used solely to respond to the request.
• Guestbook — name and message, published publicly after manual review by Conrad Masset.

Legal basis

Newsletter signup relies on explicit consent (checkbox at signup), which can be withdrawn at any time. Handling contact and booking requests relies on the legitimate interest of responding to a request voluntarily submitted.

Data retention

• Newsletter: kept until unsubscription (link in every email) or a deletion request.
• Contact / booking: kept for as long as needed to handle the request.
• Guestbook: the message stays visible until removed by Conrad Masset.

Cookies

The DJ site sets a single technical cookie (nl_auth) to recognize someone already subscribed and confirmed to the newsletter, so they can access the Production page without signing up again on every visit. This cookie is not used for advertising tracking and is never shared with third parties. No other analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Recipients

Data is never shared with third parties. It is hosted on conradmasset.be's own hosting server and is only accessible to Conrad Masset.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and withdraw consent for your data. For the newsletter, unsubscribing (and therefore deleting your data) is a one-click action via the link in every email. For any other request, write to conradmasset@gmail.com.
